Phil,

Phil started Executive Cleaning Services (S.W.) Ltd back in 1988.
He started the company with himself and a van, very quickly he built a flood and fire restoration company that was undoubtably one of the best restoration companies in the Devon and Cornwall area.

Over the years he also built up a very successful carpet and upholstery cleaning division of the family business. Covering the domestic and commercial sectors, the team, which he had built up by then, maintained the carpets in schools,offices and leisure complexes.

From day 1 of starting the family business, Phil based the whole business around education. Phil has completed many certifications in all areas of cleaning and restoration. he also beleives strongly in educating his loyal client base.
"its not just about cleaning someones carpet, its about educating them on how and why they need to maintain their carpets and upholstery. Not just for appearances but also for the health of the family and the indoor air quality" 

Phil continues to grow his business and is very proud that he has successfully been running it since the late 80's.

Let me introduce you to Sandra,

Sandra,
Sandra is the great women behind Phil. Her background is in office management.She is the woman you will be speaking to on the phone. Booking jobs in, doing the accountants, looking after the database and more importantly organising Phil and son Andi! Sandra really is the companies most important person, keeping the wheels of the family company turning.

She has helped Phil grow the business from strength to strength over the years, by being the voice of the company.

Both Sandra and Phil were very proud when their son Andi decided to join the team in 2000,

Andi,
Andi joined the team when he left school at the age of 18, although he has been cleaning carpets since the early age of 12, helping Phil out at half terms and weekends.
Andi has also gained several certifcations in the areas of carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and rug cleaning.
He has gained great experience in the restoration of carpets and upholstery.
Andi's proudest moment came this year (2010) when he became the first Master Rug Cleaner and IICRC in the south West of England.

Becoming a Master Rug Cleaner involves two examinations and a year long study into everything there is to know about rugs.
In 2007 Andi set up Plymouth Rug Cleaning, a company that cleans and restores rugs. These include hand knotted rugs to silks and contemporary mcahine made rugs.

 His passion for rugs is contagious and he has had the privilage of being interviewed on BBC Radio Devon, had an article written about him in The Herald and been interviewed by one of America's leading rug experts, Dusty Roberts.
